By using Northway Enterprises services / core buying program you agree that you will not knowingly defraud, or have intent to defraud by providing false personal information, false shipping information, false payment information or any information that would be considered fraudulent
Northway Enterprises does not purchase stolen parts.
We cooperate with law authorities regarding property purchased and or sold through Northway Enterprises and or its web services.
By shipping items that are in your possession with the intent to receive a payment you are agreeing that your cores meet the requirements set out in our "Verify your core's condition" segment and you agreeing that the said cores/parts are yours to legally sell and the method in which you obtained them are legal.
Any order cancellations are to be made before we receive and process it.
If a order is cancelled it will be shipped back to the original sender at their expense, including the original shipping costs/charges to get the cores to Northway Enterprises via our free shipping offer.
Items received that are damaged due to shipping or were sent as damaged parts or were damaged from means outside of Northway Enterprises control are to be priced at Northway Enterprises discretion.
The prices stated on your Purchase Order are a Maximum Payout scenario, damaged items will be priced at our discretion.
Your refund is ONLY paid only AFTER we receive the cores and verify their condition.
DPF/Catalytic Converter ID Requirements:
If you sell a DPF and or Catalytic Converter and or any other exhaust related component excluding a turbo to Northway Enterprises you are required to provide a copy of your valid drivers license, also the VIN of the vehicle it was removed from, along with proof of ownership may be required.

Northway Enterprises is NOT responsible for any shipping costs, duty, brokerage, customs charges, or fees that may be incurred by not shipping items as per our instructions.
Northway Enterprises is NOT responsible for any address errors, misplaced orders or any other actions that cause an order to be lost or appear to be fraudulent.
Be sure to keep you Bill of Lading / Waybill so that an accurate log of your shipments status can be observed / tracked.
Any and All costs incurred due to misspelling, shipping company errors/delays, incorrectly selected shipping method other than ground / indicated in instructions, customs & border errors/costs/delays and fees associated with any part of the shipping process are NOT to be the responsibility of Northway Enterprises, and any costs paid by Northway Enterprises from will be charged back to the customer and or deducted from the customers core refund.

Northway Enterprises is NOT responsible for items lost or damage done during shipping because of poor packaging practices, shipping company mistreatment/negligence or shipper mistreatment/negligence .
Packages with noticeable external shipping damage will be documented prior to opening and you will be contacted, any items that have damage not described by the customer will be documented.
If there are any discrepancies between your order paperwork and items actually received will result in a hold on your order being processed until we can get in contact of you to resolve the issue.
